How does Love and a Hug work?
Love and a Hug is a fully customisable gifting experience. You know your loved one best, so you can thoughtfully choose thoughtful and meaningful gifts for them, that we will then lovingly package up and deliver.

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship across the USA and Australia. Sign up to our newsletter or follow us on social media for updates as we expand into other countries.

Where are the items shipped from?
Your customised gift box will be hand packaged from Melbourne, Australia for our Australian based customers, or Los Angeles, California for our American based customers.

How will my items be packaged? Do I need to request gift wrapping separately?
All items in your order with be lovingly packaged together in our branded gift box with ribbon and tissue, so there is no need to purchase or request any separate gift wrapping. Fragile items will be boxed and packaged accordingly to keep them safe.

Can I include a personalised message with my order?
Yes, absolutely. Please include your message in the Personalised Message box on the checkout page and we will include it with your order.

Can I request specific colours or patterns for my items?
As indicated in the product descriptions, some of our items do come in a variety of colours or patterns. You can enter your request in the comment box on the checkout page, and we will do our best to accommodate.
Where we list the items in different colours separately, please be sure to select your preferred colour or style.

How do you ship the gift boxes?
We use a variety of delivery providers so that we can ensure your customised box reaches the recipient as soon as possible.

What is your returns policy?
We do not offer refunds for gifts that are shipped and delivered to the recipient without any damage. If you have received something that incorrect, broken or damaged, please contact us at info@loveandahug.co so we can assist you.
