Shipping Policy

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Shipping Times: 
    • Hand delivery within Los Angeles and Melbourne metro areas: Orders typically arrive within 1-2 business days.
    •  Postage delivery to all locations within the United States or Australia: Orders typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight.
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Confirmation of delivery will also be provided for all hand delivery orders.

Return & Refund Policy

  • Return Window: 
    You or the gift box recipient can return unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund if the products are faulty or broken, the incorrect item has been sent. We otherwise do not accept returns on any orders.   
     
  • Non-Refundable Items: 
    Items that are clearly personalized, deteriorate rapidly, or cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., unsealed items after delivery) are not eligible for return. 
     
  • How to Initiate a Return:

  • Return Shipping: 
    You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. We do not refund the cost of return shipping. 
     
  • Refunds: 
    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirmation. A refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 14 days, minus the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees.
